FAQ / IMPORTANT INFORMATION / TRONDHEIM SOMMERTID

It's just a matter of days until we're ready to open the gates to Trondheim Sommertid at Leangen Travbane. This will be the biggest show ever in Trondheim, with an audience of over 40,000.
So we need to give you some information about the event, please read this before coming to the show!

The first and one of the most important points when it comes to big shows:
Remember to estimate well with time! Both for going into the arena, but also leaving the arena!

The arena is huge, so be prepared and wear quality footwear! Leangen Travbane is a outdoor arena, without any protection from the weather, so its important to take notice of the weather forecast and dress accordingly.

We would STRONGLY advice against purchasing tickets via alternative sites like viagogo, onlineticketshop etc. We can not guarantee the validity of those tickets, and we have no chance to control if they are valid before the event.

18:00 - Mimi Webb
19:30 - Gabrielle
21:15 - JUSTIN BIEBER

We estimate the show to be done at approximately 23:00.
Unfortunately Tems have cancelled all european shows this summer, and will not perform.

DO NOT BRING TO THE ARENA:
There are strict rules at the arena, and it's not allowed to bring food / drinks, boxes, cans, umbrellas, animals, weapons of any kind, cameras and anything which is not allowed within norwegian laws.
It IS allowed to bring a small backpack with clothes.
Please note it is NOT allowed to bring any posters/flags/banners and similar to the arena.

BUS TO THE ARENA:
The local buscompany ATB are providing a improved bus service to and from the arena. Read more about their shuttlebusses here:

PARKING:
There is NO parking at the arena, and we recommend NO driving in the vicinity of the arena.
Use alternative means of transport for the concert!
To walk takes about 75 minutes from the centre of Trondheim. Biking or scooter is possible.
Bus (see above for info) and train (about 20 minutes walk) to Leangen Station are also good options.

VIDEO / PHOTO:
It is strictly prohibited to bring any sort of camera into the arena! (mobile phones is ok).

OUT FROM THE ARENA:
When the show is over, around 23:00, it will take time to get the audience out. Be patient and be respectful to those around you while waiting!
Some of the bars will still be open after the show ends, so these can be used while waiting for the arena to empty. Do not force your way out!

AGE LIMIT:
There is no age limit for this event, but anyone under 15 years of age need to be in company of a sober adult.

FOOD / DRINKS:
At the festival it will be served food and drinks for any taste. Please notice it is NOT allowed to bring any form of food or drinks into the arena. There will also be vegetarian / vegan and gluten free choices.

There will be many bars around the arena, on both sides, also inside the Golden Circle area (see the arena map to orientate yourself). Please note that those with a Golden Circle ticket freely can move between the GC area and the foodcourt.

Note: We're concerned about the environment, and a glass fee of 20,- NOK will be added to your first purchase. If you return the glass with a new purchase, you will not be charged the fee. So please keep your glass and return it with your next purchase.

The bars take card payment only!
We do not accept cash payments at this event.
